All our equipments have 2 years warranty. We offer a 48hs repairing service thanks to our technical specialists and their training. If the device is brought to our offices with a pre-order repair, wait and take the device that same day (*). A distinction thought by and for professionals, understanding the need to continue their treatments, daily work, and without delays. If warranty is out of date and an equipment repair is solicited, a quick budget is issue with the same objective, immediate answer. (*) In normal conditions of use, excepting changes in electronics or small specific parts which demands more operating time or budget definition and approval delay. 2 years warranty See Warranty Warranty NOTO GROUP S.A. guarantees this product against defects on manufacturing materials or workmanship, subject to the terms established hereon. Useful life of the products depends, primarily, on the care granted during its use. The product covered by this warranty has been manufactured with the highest quality standards. This limited warranty covers the product for a period of twenty four (24) months, from the date of original purchase, which must be proven with the ticket purchase issued by NOTO GROUP S.A. or its retailer. Warranty would not be extended to the equipment during the technical support period. When warranty service is applied to change a defective product, the replaced product is cover for the same period of the Original Product. In case a product failure exists, the product should be transferred on behalf and to the order of the customer to NOTO GROUP S.A. address, Lascano 2852, C.A.B.A (1417), Argentina, from Monday to Friday from 9 to 14hs. Material and labor costs will be assumed by NOTO GROUP S.A., only when malfunctioning appertains to a manufacturing part failure. THE CUSTOMER must present at the shop where the product was purchased with the purchase ticket, document, warranty, where the concerned product appears. Product warranty conditions will be verified and later proceed to technical service. In a period of seven (7) working days a diagnostic will be done to evaluate repairing time. Within this time period, the customer will be contacted for warranty acceptation or not and product return period. PURCHASE RECEIPT: to exchange the product, a purchase receipt must be presented with the date you acquire the product, a sales receipt or any other document indicating the product and date of purchase, as well as the official retailer information. COVERAGE: warranty coverage stars the day you purchase the product. If this purchased product has defects NOTO GROUP S.A. will exchange without cost the defective product for a new one or the same one reconditioned, according to is criteria, for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. The exchanged product is only covered for the same warranty period than the original product. At the time the warranty of the original product expires, all replaced products warranty expires as well. When sending the product to NOTO GROUP S.A. for exchange, you must pay shipping costs. Note: the product will be replaced for the most similar model in NOTO GROUP S.A. inventory at the exchange time. Sending your product to NOTO GROUP S.A. implies to follow the steps specified on the warranty and exchange program. Not complying with such requirements may cause delay on the exchange process WITHOUT WARRANTY COVERAGE. YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: • Shipping costs due to return of the defective product. • Altered and/or destroyed serial numbers of the Products. • Workforce costs due to installation or product reparation, the product control adjustment made by the client and installation or repairing of the external systems of the product. • Repairing of the product and/or spare parts replacement due to inadequate installation, inadequate connections made to voltage supply, the abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, non-authorized reparations or other causes not registered by NOTO GROUP S.A. • Product damages during delivery • A product that requires to be modify or adapted for its operation anywhere other than the country where it was design, manufactured, approved and/or authorized the damaged product repairing for this modification. • A product use for commercial or institutional purpose (including renting, among others). • Product loss during transfer and the lack of a receipt of signature verification. • Fungible and consumable Products. Examples of these without being limited are: CD, DVD, RJ45 connector, cables, etc. • Products with any kind of physical damage. Examples of these without being limited are: Scratches, dents, hits, burns, melt or glued memory socket or CPU, liquid spill, dust or any other condition disturbing its functioning. This warranty does not cover –reason why user will be charged – installation, cleaning, necessary reparation due to accidents, hits, drops, misuse, wrong installations or inadequate, electric connection error, or wear by inappropriate use, damaged produced by sulphation, humidity, excessive heat sources exposure, abrupt voltage changes, spill water on internal parts, use of abrasives for cleaning, any other cause originated from not observing the established terms on the instructions manual coming with this product. • Product damage, malfunction, or inability to use for which is intended. • Force majeure causes as electric shut-down, rise in voltage, disastrous, and unintentional cases. • Software products as operative systems, office packets, antivirus, etc. EXEMPT CASES: inadequate use of the product (disagreement with the User Manual). • Damaged caused by transport. • Installation, maintenance, revision, or handling by non-authorized personnel. • Operating with missing parts or incomplete gadgets. • Damage caused by force majeure (earthquakes, fires, floods, accidents, voltage, etc). • Inadequate connection to electric power. • Presence of humidity, liquid, sand, insects, or other animals. • Components subject to wear or deterioration by usage. EXCHANGE WARRANTY: Exchange is available in all countries GRUPO NOTO S.A. officially distributes the product. Countries in which GRUPO NOTO S.A. does not distributes the product, local GRUPO NOTO S.A. organization will try to exchange the product, although there might be a delay if product’s availability is tough or specific customs processes. GRUPO NOTO S.A. WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OF IMPORTANT OR CASUAL DAMAGES INFRINGING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED GUARANTEE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. EXEMPTING WHAT APPLICABLE LAW BAN, ANY IMPLIED COMMERCIALIZING WARRANTY AND ADAPTATION FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT, IS LIMITED TO THE TERM ESTABLISHED ON THIS WARRANTY. NOTO GROUP S.A. does not assume any responsibility for people, property or third party damages which may cause the inadequate product installation, lack of electrical installation or inadequate to norms, the improper use of the equipment or lack of knowledge of the user or purchaser of the equipment, or third party in its application and consequences, including maintenance failure.
